[HIham] October 2002 ham events (Hawaii/Oahu)

There will be a hamfest in Hilo (Keaau) in early October.  Date and details
will be released shortly.

In connection with attending this event on the Big Island, Mr. Jim Maxwell,
Pacific Division Director of ARRL, will be making a brief visit on Oahu,
basically one full day (note this will be a WEEK DAY) only due to travel
commitments.

As the ASM for Oahu, I will be co-ordinating his official appearances on
Oahu (subject to Mr. Maxwell's approval of course).  I plan to be organize
several all-welcome get-togethers, to definitely include an evening
all-hands-welcome session.
