Oil spills primarily.

The tour of Clean Islands Council is set for 9:00 - 11:30 AM, February 9,
2002.  The facility address is 179 Sand Island Access Road.  It is on the
town side of Sand Island Access road across from Kilgo's and just mauka of
the 76(?) gas station, as you head towards Sand Island.  There are parking
stalls next to the building along the road.

The tour will start at that facility & then move to their vessels at pier
35.  The tour will provide a very interesting overview of oil spill cleanup
in Hawaii.  Of particular interest to RACES members are the communications
systems used.
