[High-Speed-CW] Looking for USA ops for HST 2011

  I am starting to assemble a USA team for IARU HST 2011 (High Speed 
Telegraphy Championship).  It will take place in Bielefeld, Germany, in 
Oct 2011.  Currently have commitments for the age 40-49 male category.  
Looking for ops in all other categories (and YLs of any age!).  If
