[High-Speed-CW] Intentional QRM?

Yes, I normally have never have such problems as the one recent event 
during the 32 wpm qso.  That was extremely rare.  Probably the only time 
in my 49 years of CW. 

The problem during higher speed keyboard qso's is the real concern.  
Those qso's just seem to trigger the problem.
