[High-Speed-CW] QSK radios - which ones?

I am about to invest in a mid-price radio ($1500-$2300), one that 
hopefully will serve me well for several years.  One important 
capability I'm looking for is good QSK.  Can you make any specific 
recommendations or recommend radios to avoid?  In particular, I have 
been eyeing the Yaesu FT100MPs.  They can be found used at the bottom of 
the price range I mentioned above.  One went on eBay tonight for $1500.  
Do you have any recommendations among the new models (FT2000, TS2000, 
etc.?)
