Hi, fellas.

Wonderful that Dave has a Hensley, I haven't found one...yet. Sorry to
disagree with another poster, but I think the Bencher is only an OK paddle,
with quite a few better ones...ok, more expensive ones...that will really
improve one's cw sending.

I have three paddles on my desk.
Vibroplex Deluxe Iambic, nice but kinda klunky. I like it but use it mostly
for my q's on 6 meters as it's connected to my second radio, an Icom 746.
Schurr Profi that is just super. Tight, sensitive and absolutely flawless
in execution and delivery. Finish is lovely, with a dust cover included.

Begali Magnetic Classic. Absolutely fabulous key, the best magnetic I've
ever used, and I've used or tried a LOT of keys over the years. The finish
is very bright gold anodized and beautiful. www.i2rtf.com

You can review just about every paddle available at

This is an interesting thread.

There was a rumor a couple of years ago, that an original N2DAN paddle went
for $5,000 on e-Bay. Yikes!

The Hensley paddles looked beautiful. I helped Donald out with a Web page
for pictures of his paddles. It's too bad he no longer makes them.

The Begali paddles seem to be getting rave reviews.
