[High-Speed-CW] Let's use this reflector! Telegraphy Book Chat?

Last month we slipped and had ZERO posts to the HI-SPEED CW Reflector. Let's
take advantage of this brain trust!

I'm about half-way through an excellent book on Donald C. Wallace, W6AM, who
was an excellent hi-speed CW op. Has anyone here read this book? It is an
incredible history of radio, amateur radio, and telegraphy.

Are there any other books on telegraphy to recommend?
