[High-Speed-CW] RE: getting started on 10M

Is 10M a good band for cw? If not what is? How would I connect a computer up to a rig for computer high-speed cw. What computer components do I need for this? And what software do I need to TX & RX?
I don't have very much room to put up a antenna. So up is the only way for me. I have a anttronn99 cut to 10M and I have a cb radio I can convert to 10M also.
