[Henry] Henry 2K3 metering problem

My 2K3 doesn't read plate voltage on the multimeter. It reads plate current and grid current , but not high voltage reading even though it has plate voltage. I have had the meter checked by an instrument expert and have checked to make sure there was ground continuity between the power supply and the RF deck.
Something is missing or wrong in the metering circuit that prevents the meter from reading high voltage,
Please assist me with suggestions based on your knowledge of the 2K3 and your experience with this great OLD Henry WORKHORSE.   73, John, K5PGW
