[Henry] My "new" 3K Premier

I recently bought a used 3K Premier. I have a few questions which I'm
hoping someone here can answer for me.

What is the full scale range of the multimeter when measuring grid
current? The manual says 100ma. on page 17, but on pages 27 and 29 it
says normal grid current can be between 180ma. and 400ma. depending on
the model and mode setting. Some of these numbers seem high since the
3CX1200A7 data sheet suggests that typical grid current is around 250ma.
How can I be sure not to exceed the 50W grid dissipation limit?

In checking the unit on the different bands, I find I am unable to get
nearly as much power output on 12M as I can on 10M. At the same drive
level, I get 1500W on 10M but only 1000W on 12M, and I have heard an
occasional brief arc on 12M. This is into a dummy load and VSWR is 1.0.
All other bands seem fine. Any suggestions?

My manual is missing the sheets with pages 65 and 66 and pages 71 and
72. What is on these pages?

My amp has the step-start circuit, but it isn't covered in the manual.
Were there ever any manual updates issued by Henry? Were there any other
design changes I should know about?

Thanks and 73,

John, K9MM
