[Heathkit] SB-230 RIP?

My loyal Heathkit SB-230 amp failed with an enthusiastic bang and a flash recently. I built it in 1976 -- can't complain about the service it gave.
A couple of parts within blew to bits... R17 (33 ohms, 1 W) and fuse F1. Also, the output FETs in my IC-7300 xcvr failed in the event. Dang, I didn't expect that.
Anyway, I'll continue troubleshooting the Heathkit and hope it is repairable.
