[Heathkit] TT-1A Question

A good friend is using my TT-1A to test a 6GE5 tube.  It is a weird tube and
will need the adapters in the lid for testing.

 

I gave him all my manuals and other related paperwork but there is nothing
on how to set and use the adapters in the lid.
