[Heathkit] Heathkit MK5017 clock chips available

I bought a GC-1094 clock at a Ham radio swap meet, guy said it just 
needed new caps.  It did, but the MK5017 clock chip was also bad. :-(

So, I designed a replacement using an Atmel microcontroller, and am 
selling them.
