Hi Mike

If you release the front panel tuning shaft from the 100KHz dial 
mechanism does the LMO dial then turn freely or is it very stiff to 
turn? If the latter then the LMO tuning shaft needs lubricating which 
may mean removing the LMO from the chassis.
