[Heathkit] SB303 main tuning dial slippage

Hi, Mike,

The tension should be adjustable.  Remove the main tuning knob and 
loosen the tuning shaft nut.  The hole is slotted so you should be able 
to adjust the shaft up or down to adjust the tension.

Another tip I saw many years ago in a QST Hints and Kinks is to put a 
tiny rubber band on the small tuning wheel.
