Heath HW-101 HF Transceiver

Most of us know this is an 80 thru 10 meter SSB/CW
transceiver.  It is vintage, using tubes, with a
pair of 6146's in the final that produces just over
100 Watts.

This one works as it should.
The electrolytic cap in it has been replaced.
Cosmetically, it is MUCH better than most.
Very immaculate, not scratched at all.

Buy it with paper work for $200.

Heath Crystal Filters For Sale:

Crystal Filters are $70 each.

Heath 404-283 SSB Crystal Filter
This is the 2100 Hz filter used in the SB-100,
101, and 102 transceivers, and also in the
SB-400/401 transmitters and SB-300/301/303
receivers. It works like it should.

Heath 404-284-1 CW Crystal Filter
This is the 400 Hz filter that is used for narrow
CW and is an optional accessory in the SB line,
and HW line of transceivers, plus in the
SB-300/301/303 receivers.
It works fine.

Heath HW-12 A, 75 meter transceiver:

The HW-12 A is an SSB (both LSB and USB on the
A model) only 75 meter transceiver covering from
3.8 to 4.0 MHz.  It produces about 100 Watts PEP
from a pair of 6GE5 tubes.

This one is immaculate, pristine, like new.
It looks much better than any I have seen in the
last 40 years.  The paint is perfect with no
scratches or defects of any sort.  The lettering
is very crisp and clear.  You will not be disappointed!

Buy it with manual for $100.

Resistors for Linear Amps For Sale:

Have you replaced the filter caps or do you
have an error in the high voltage reading
in your linear amp?

Most amps used resistors that got too hot for
bleeders/equalizing near the filter caps. I
have some 120 K ohm, 3 watt, 1% resistors
that are really great for bleeder/equalizing
resistors in the capacitor string. 1% equalizes
much better, and the caps will last longer with
less heat.

Many amps used three 4.7 meg resistors
in series to meter high voltage. Almost all
of these resistors are out of tolerance today,
partially because of their age, but also
because their voltage rating was exceeded.

I have 4.7 Meg, 1% tolerance, 2 watt, rated
to handle the high voltage. This compares to
the original resistors furnished by Heath that
were 4.7 Meg, 5%, 1 watt and about 400 volts.

All of the resistors are $1 each, plus shipping,
which is minimal since they can ship in a first
class envelope.

Heath HD-15 Phone Patch and also parts For Sale:

The HD-15 is a phone patch that matches the Heath
SB line of equipment.

This one works fine and looks really great.

The top cover and the meter movement are
gone, but most other parts are available,
including the transformers, which can be used
to interface between your rig and computer.

Parts for Heath SB-630 station console:

Many SB-630 parts are available.

Most of the internal parts are left, including
all of the "under chassis" parts.

Front panel, clock and outer case are gone, but
reflectometer assembly, transformer, switches,
etc. are still available.
