[Heathkit] SB200 parts needed

Hello -
I am in need of two pieces - C26 100pf 5kv doorknob cap and the metal extension piece that attaches it to the front of the plate tune capacitor. 
This would be the cap that gets switched in for 80m front wafer "A".
My amp has the cap mounted to the back of the front panel, where it vaporized to ground. This must have been a production change at some point.
 (Basically, re-located to a better place to avoid damage).
