 Ron - The DX-100 or DX-100B schematics will not be reflective of any modifications authorized by Heath Co.  The keying circuit you mentioned are in bulletins issued by Heath.  I have included some of these.  If you have already seen these then just delete the email.  I have had my DX-100B since 2000.  I hope what I have attached will assist you.  73, Larry KC8JX

   I looked through all of my DX100 information and none of the
schematics were labeled DX100B, so I downloaded a schematic
labeled DX100B and the keying circuit is identical to the non "B" version.

  Allegedly the only difference between the non B version from
the B version is the case (has a lid) and the loading capacitor,
but I am with Victor, that bit of wisdom can't be trusted completely.
