I think you can rely on "molded mica" to not be a euphemism for MicaMold. A mica coupling cap would be expected for plate output coupling vs paper.

Subject: [Heathkit] DX-60B Plate Coupling Capacitor
Hello
The manual says this capacitor is a "Molded Mica". I want to verify that
it is indeed a mica capacitor, and not a "Micamold" type cap which is a
paper cap (and yes, I know Micamold was a brand name).
If it's truly a mica cap, I'll leave it alone. Otherwise, it gets
replaced.
The Heath part number is 20-48
