[Heathkit] Empty holes on W7RY metering and metering board

I have all of the components on the w7ry bias and metering board and am ready to install in my Sb 220 it. I don't find the provided instructions clear about what goes Ca, G, C7-X , H, and J.  Does anyone have clearer instructions about connections to the board and what wires go where and should there be any empty holes?
Assistance with the above will be greatly appreciated .
