[Heathkit] SB-303 Alignment Instructions

I found a source of alignment instructions for the SB-303 using the internal
crystal calibrator as a signal source

it ends at page 121 of the tech manual before describing the alignment
method using a signal generator. Can anybody email me the next several pages
describing the signal generator procedure?
