Hi Gary,
I have some (two) caps that match that form factor. It seem to recall
them having large capacitance but not sure about the voltage specs. I
have already looked in the "easy" places with no joy. Cleaning,
arranging, sorting my "stuff" in the garage/shop is on my agenda for
this pandemic while we have nothing much else to do. I will move from my
music room to the shop and see if I can dig them out of "deep cover".
Meanwhile, somebody else may have the needed parts on top of their heap.
