[Heathkit] HW-12A (continued)

Resistance checks completed and I have a question about the resistance at
Test Point "A" on the circuit board. I've replaced the small variable
resistor "CARRIER NULL" and checked all other component values around
there but still get readings different from the manual.

Is anyone out there aware of a possible misprint in the manual for the
HW-12A or perhaps a service bulletin that changed the values ??

As a reminder, this unit has fantastic receiver sensitivity and great audio
but no transmit whatsoever - the problem I'm trying to solve. Thanks in
advance for any suggestions.
