[Heathkit] Heathkit TT-1 Tube Tester Problem

Hi Wayne,
I am still working on it. Going to extend the tester tube socket and make some measurements at the pins. For now I can get an idea of how the tube is performing by using a bias of 40L instead of 20L. That puts the readings within the meter range so I can get a relative idea between different tubes as to which are better. So far I have not found any other tube types that show this behavior where the meter pegs using the suggested test settings.
