[Heathkit] HW-12a

The receiver sensitivity and audio are excellent but I can't get a signal
out of it.
There's nothing in the TUNE position and there's nothing when using the
mic. There's no obvious sign of a failed component. (checked R61 OK per the
"In case of difficulties" section in the manual). Tubes are checked good. I
couldn't check the transmitting tubes but both light up. I'm wondering if
some folks on the list can make some suggestions on various things that
might have gone wrong that I should check. Thanks in advance. 73
