[Heathkit] Problems with HW-101 - a possible fix

Well, Folks, at the suggestion of another list member, I checked the alignment of the wafers 
in the bandswitch: 2 out of 5 were correct. The wafer for the final tank coil taps, and the wafer 
which picked the heterodyne oscillator crystals were correct.

All others were 180 degrees out of phase, or completely backwards.

Although I can't (yet) figure out how this rig worked at all, I'll reserve that for another time.

Once I correct this issue, we'll see what is left to fix.
