Virtually all grid-driven linear amplifiers are run in class AB1.   
Here's a table that lists appropriate bias voltages for popular PA tubes 
along with other parameters:

Remember than in a transceiver like the HW-32 a high blocking bias is 
going to be present in receive mode, completely cutting the tubes off.   
To set the bias, the rig must be put in TX mode with no audio, and the 
resting current adjusted per the manual.
