For many years I've been using:

There are many others, but these are my go-to guys. No particular 
favorite, and no relation to any of them!

Plus all the other usual suspects - Mouser, Allied, Newark, etc.

Nobody ever seems to have everything I'm looking for if my list is 
large. I find I do often have to do extensive searching and usually end 
up at more than one supplier. Some have minimums, some don't, but 
shipping is becoming more of a cost issue lately.
