It looks like it takes an Amphenol 91MC4M plug.
Been discontinued as far as I can tell.
Typical starting price (online vendors and ebay) is about $25 and up even
for used ones.
The typical 4-pin imported variety (male and female) are much cheaper but
require a smaller hole. Online Radio Shack sells the plug and jack for $4
each. These are the same type of plugs and jacks used on a lot 70's and
80's CB and ham rigs.
