The older General Electric microphones, as well as other commercial two-way manufacturers, used that 4-pin connector. Motorola used the same connector except that the "notch" is about 15-degrees "off" of the others including the Heath connector. However, if you just remove the setscrew on the side of the Motorola connector, and then rotate the inside, the Motorola connector will work with the Heath.

Does anyone have a part number or / and source for the 4-pin mic connector used on the MT-1 Cheyenne?
I was thinking of replacing it with a more common one, but the hole in the chassis is big enough to drive a truck through.
