[Heathkit] SB-220 on AM

Makes me wonder whether the other components can sustain 1500 watts p.e.p.

Subject: [Heathkit] SB-220 on AM

Been collecting info on using the SB-220 in AM mode.  It can be done but
with a reduced input/output power.  Most say never exceed 200W carrier
power.  The power transformer can be changed out for a Peter Dahl  unit
($400) and then it is possible to sustain a 350W carrier.  Any other
comments/suggestions/etc.?
