Chuck:

A good hardware, auto parts or plumbing store will have them. Look for a 
#226 O-ring for the driver-preselector and #227 for the final loading.  
The loading control one fails more frequently due to the heat form the 
finals.  Later rigs used a dial cord and spring instead of the rubber 
belt. You can find instructions on how to do this in the SB-102 manual.
