[Heathkit] Swan 500CX for restoration

Hi folks, my apologies for posting this to the Heathkit group but I'm not a
member of the Swan group (if there is one). A member of our family has a
Swan 500CX and some other gear that has been stored in a garage for quite a
few years. I haven't seen it myself, but from the photos I was sent it looks
like it has favorable potential for restoration. From the photos, the gear
looks very dusty but not weathered or abused. Certainly it needs interior
examination and at the least cap replacements and tubes tested.

 

It is located in Long Beach and is free for pickup for the first taker.
