[Heathkit] Heath IM-2203

I have the complete parts bag for the IM-2203 line voltage monitor but no manual.  I am looking for at least the schematic with the parts identified by number and value.  A reproduction manual is available from various sources but at a pretty hefty price.  With the schematic it should be possible to build this because the part indicator is printed on the circuit board.
