[Heathkit] Hp-13 DC DC power supply

Can you be a bit more specific? Was it just the non-RoHS parts that have been
discontinued or the whole line? Maunfuacturers have been purging non-RoHS parts
for the past several years and in many cases there is a direct RoHS
replacement. I can't tell you how many times I have found a needed part to be
discontinued but have dug a little deeper and found a direct RoHS replacement
version.
