[Heathkit] SB-220 Help Needed

My SB-220 is suffering from a cross country move. I think one of the finals is bad; it rattles and blew the 200 of molded mica caps and the wire wound meter resistor. No those components and the zener diode have been replaced. When I applied 1 watt of drive, the cap on pin 3 of V1 blew. Is that cap supposed to have its "arrow" pointing toward the tube pin or toward the chassis ground? Thanks for your help in advance...Bob...
