[Heathkit] SB-101 Transmitter tuning

Newbe to SB-101 

I need to know if i am properly tuning this radio. I am not sure that my radio is working properly.

Set frequency on dial 7.300mhz (for example)
Mode Switch to LSB
Frequency Control to (locked/normal)
RF Gain Full Clockwise
Set Final Adjust knob in 40 meter range
Tune Driver Preselector for strongest audio
Set meter to Plate position
Mic/CW control fully CCW
Place Mode switch to Tune
Plate current should read 50ma
Set Meter switch to Relative Power (it states to adjust Final Loading control Lever Knob to 50) 50 What?
 While turning the Mic/CW level control CW that the Plate current and Relative power reach a saturation (what is meant by Saturation)
(Further increase in the of this control will show little or no increase in meter reading)?
Readjust Final (round) control, Driver Preselector, Final Loading control for maximum indication. (of relative power)?
It states that plate current should be approximately 250 mv at max power.  (What should grid current be)?
This is done into a 50 ohm Dummy load.

What should Maximum Relative Power be on 40 meters?
