While I forget the history, all of the "text" reflectors that we use fall
under the web site QSL.net.
For help/problems, this is the contact screen:

QSL.net and its e-mail reflectors are owned by QTH.com so I assume the
link above will get you to someone at QTH.com who can look into the
problem.
I doubt the moderator(s) would have access to this type of problem.
