[Heathkit] Test in HTML Format

And below is what the "blank" message looks like if you can view the entire
message body un-formated. I have removed most of the header info so as not to
confuse things too much. I suspect that this is happening because something is
not sending a plain text version of the message in the clear along with the
HTML formatted version but rather is sending everything as attachments.
