[Heathkit] New Heathkit Precision RF Meter -- HM 1002 NOT HTML?

When I looked at the Message Source for the original message for this subject, the message that appeared empty, his message source said:

"Content-Type: text/plain; charset="us-ascii"

whereas messages I sent that appeared empty said:

"Content-Type: text/html; charset=utf-8"


 Why did the original posted message appear to be handled as if it were HTML?
