[Heathkit] Need GDA-18-1 Siren Horn Speaker Manual

The reflector rules say to "plain text" and not to use HTML, rich text,
or some type of "stylized e-mail".  Maybe with some of these new e-mail
programs, smartphones, and other digital gadgets, they are not using
"plain text" in their e-mail programs. Have no idea.

Or maybe the QTH servers are just getting weird with some of the e-mail
messages passing through them.
