These will mostly be used for CW mode. I might experiment with DSB or screen mod 
AM with the WRL Meteor but it's doubtful.

I agree with Glen that the tubes in those rigs should normally be able to handle slightly higher voltages although in some cases a change in bias may be needed, for example if either is an AM rig then modulator bias will need to be changed
 depending upon how much higher the loaded HV is compared to the intended supply.  Realize with a number of the classic vintage rigs it was designed to only have high voltage when actually in transmit mode.  Depending upon the rig you may need to also provide
 the ability to open the high voltage line while the filament and in some cases B+ is still energized.  I had to add a relay to the Drake AC-3 I repurposed to supply my Gonset G76 for this reason.

What tube / tubes are used in the final amplifier stage?  Most tubes used in the final stage of amateur radio transmitters that can handle 600-volts can handle the higher voltage from the Heath power supply without any problems.  Under
 load the voltage should drop to between 700-volts and 750-volts.
