[Heathkit] AT-1 manual info

Hi Ross,

That meter looks like the 'moving vane' meter on the DX-35 I had here. 
Rugged, cheap, and very noisy banging around. I think the AT-1 is an 
earlier version of that same type of transmitter. The one I had used the 
center off switch position so that after tune up the meter could be 
'silenced'. The D'Arsonval (sp?) movements are more mild mannered..like 
the ones in the DX-100, TX-1, Kenwoods, etc. The meters on the newest 
rigs are just pictures of meters and not part of this thread.
