[Heathkit] band switch

	I am cleaning the shack. I came across a new phenolic 5 gang switch.
Probably a band switch. Only labeling is : Made in USA & a part # 63
264.

	I got it at a hamfest long years ago. I think the seller said it was
for an SB200 or SB220. I had both so maybe it was to be a spare.

	I didn't see it listed in the manuals. Anyone know if it's Heath ?
