Hi. Can't remember the last time I posted here, but..................

I recently purchased an SB-220 (minus tubes, since I have several spare sets). It is (or was) in nice shape. Front panel perfect, outer case a bit used looking, but no scratches or dents and just a tiny spot of paint missing. Original manual.
I was going to just clean it a bit, update it and use it. I rewired it for 110V (temporarily) and everything works. However, after examining the soldering job, I decided to completely strip it down and redo it.
I've already built all the Harbach mods for her.

I'm fussy and been looking for some 'rattle can' paint for the cover. Lo and behold, today I found what might be the closest possible match. At least to my cover!

Rust-oleum Matte Robin's Egg (!!!) P/N 282812

Not only is it matte, it's paint and primer in one. It also has that 'any angle' spray head.

I prefer Krylon, but they had nothing close. I found it at Home Depot.

Next posting will be about a nice soft start kit I found.....
