OK, mystery solved thanks to Santos.

 

Page 1 of 3 notes changes to Page 5, 6, 8, 93 and the schematic on Page 95.

 

Page 2 of 3 has a replacement Pictorial 1-2 for Page 8.

 

Page 3 of 3 has a replacement Pictorial 7-2 for Page 93 and a small portion
of schematic to be taped on the fold-out schematic from Page 95.  

 

Problem solved.  I will scan the three pages and make them available to
those interested rather than send them to the entire list and/or group.
