[Heathkit] SB-200 @ 50 Hz

A 50 hz transformer will work on 60 hz but not well the other way 
around.  The lower the frequency, the more iron is required.  A lot of 
aircraft use 400 hz transformers as they need less iron thus are lighter 
in weight.
