[Heathkit] SB-220 meter question

Jack,

The Master List is a CD that I purchased on eBay a number of years ago and
is dated 1984.  It was put together by Bob and Ava Crotinger in 2006.  It is
a PDF of 1,008 pages of green bar computer printout and it is about 114 meg
in size.  I tried to compress it using a tool that I found on the internet
but it said that the file was already as compressed as it could get which
makes it difficult to send via email.  Regardless, I don't know how to get
in touch with the Crotingers (their name is listed on the first page of the
file) and since it is something that they produced and sold I am reluctant
to copy it without their permission.  That is why when I see questions of
the nature that you posted I try to jump in with what I can find.

Thanks for answering the questions regarding the meters.  Apparently, only
the SB-200 meter is interchangeable with one of the 220 meters, although
they are different part numbers.
 
This "Master List" - is that available on line?  I recall downloading a
Heathkit Master List  some time ago which I use as a small parts
cross-reference, especially for the solid state devices in the 56- and 417-
series of parts, but I have never seen one with the detail level of meter
specifications, and the part number series prefixes are in no way complete
with respect to the manual lists.  
 
Where could I get a copy of this information?  It seems like it could be a
real help for some of my restoration activities.  I'd appreciate a copy, if
possible.
