[Heathkit] Frozen bandswitch

Hi Jim.

The bandswitch in that radio is built up which means it was assembled into
the radio as part of the kit.  The portion of the switch that's frozen the
the bushing/index assembly.  What you need is heat on the bushing area.  You
could try heating it with a soldering iron, the biggest one you can get then
apply some light oil, WD40 will work.  You may have to do this several times
to free it up. A small butane torch would be better.  Harbor Freight sells
one for under 10 bucks.  Have patience, the heat will work. We all have our
own spin on and this is mine.
