[Heathkit] O-12 power transformer

      I may try this.  The scope is not worth what having the 
transformer rebuilt would cost.  I have found transformers where the 
winding had let loose where connected to the terminals or leads. Maybe 
here too. At least its worth a try.   Thanks for the encouragement.
